1. Remove tortillas and cream cheese from refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature while chopping the vegetables into small pieces. Combine and mix well the cream cheese, mayo, and vegetables.
2. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on a tortilla shell. Arrange sliced ham over cheese. Tightly roll up the tortilla. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight. To serve, cut into ¾ inch slices.
