Ingredients
8slicesfrench breadcan also use white bread
1 ½cuphambite sized. Can also use spam or shrimp
1cupsharp cheddar cheesegrated, about 5 oz
1cupSwiss cheesegrated, about 5 oz
3mediumeggmixed
1 ½cupmilk
½tsponion salt
½tspdry mustard
Salt and pepperto taste
1 ½cupcornflakes
¼cupbuttermelted
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8x8 pan well. Put half the bread in the bottom of pan (just put the whole slices tightly on the bottom). Spread half the ham and half of the cheese evenly over the bread. Repeat the bread, ham and cheese layer.
