White Chocolate Snack Mix

We got this recipe from Brenda Heinzen, a family friend. We normally make it at Christmas time and boy is it easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 5 cup corn Chex
  • 5 cup Cherrios
  • 10 oz pretzels
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 bag M&M's
  • 2 12 oz packages white chocolate chips
  • 2 TBL cooking oil

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate in microwave 1 minute at a time on medium stirring until melted, add oil. Place remaining ingredients in a bowl, pour chocolate over and mix well. Dry on waxed paper and store in an airtight container.
